Refund Credit Policy
1. Refund Eligibility:
- Users of the SVP Smart Parking Melaka app may request a refund of their credit balance if the following conditions are met:
- The user’s account has a positive credit balance.
- The user submits a valid refund request through the app’s withdrawal form.
2. Refund Process:
- To request a refund, the user must navigate to the “Delete Account” section of the app and complete the provided withdrawal form.
- Refund requests will be processed within 14 working days from the date of submission.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used by the user during the initial purchase.
3. Refund Amount:
- The refund amount will be equal to the remaining credit balance in the user’s account, minus any applicable fees or charges.
4. Non-Refundable Items:
- Certain fees or charges, such as service fees, transaction fees, and penalties, are non-refundable and will not be included in the refund amount.
5. Refund Denial:
- Refund requests may be denied if they do not meet the eligibility criteria or if the user’s account has been found to be in violation of the app’s terms of service.
6. Communication:
- Users will be notified via email or within the app regarding the status of their refund request.
